New PCB footprints and STEP models

Thanks to www.snapeda.com, if you are working on a PCB design with ArduSimple centimeter level GPS receivers, you can now find STEP models, and also PCB footprint in many many formats: Altium, Circuit Studio, Eagle, Fusion 360, Kicad, Orcad, Allegro, PADS, P-CAD, PCB123, Proteus, Pulsonix and Target3001!
