Universities and Public Organizations
Are you a student or work for a University or Public Organization? We know that sometimes it can get complex to order components. But no worries, we work with many Universities around the world and we have a process to make your life easier. And the best, you don’t need any credit card!
Simply follow these steps:
- Browse our website and add to cart the items you are interested in.
- Go to checkout, just as if you were going to order at any online shop. No worries, you don’t need to pay anything.
- Enter the billing details of your institution, and make sure to enter the right tax number (VAT ID in Europe). For US customers only: If your university is tax exempt simply add it in the “Comments” box.
- Select “30 day payment (only Universities and Public Organizations)” and finish the order. No worries, this will only reserve the material for you. If you don’t follow the next steps, we will cancel this reservation after 4 weeks.
- You will receive an e-mail with your order confirmation and a quotation attached.
- Send this quotation to your manager or accounting department, so they can get it signed for you, or in some cases they will give you a document called Purchase Order.
- Send us this signed document or Purchase Order. We will then ship the material and will be at your desk in 2-4 business days.
- That’s it! We will take care of getting the payment from your accounting department directly.
